3. Project Timeline

Completion dates are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, supply chain issues, or client-side dependencies.

4. Warranty and Maintenance

Warranty applies only to products/services under the company’s terms. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved parts will void warranties.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure site readiness, provide necessary permissions, and maintain a safe environment for timely execution of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Comfort Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, equipment issues, or third-party dependencies.

7. Termination

Contracts may be terminated by mutual agreement or in case of breach of terms by either party. Outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.

8. Force Majeure

Comfort Engineering is not responsible for delays or failures due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

9. Amendments

Any changes to these terms or project agreements must be documented and approved in writing by both parties.

10. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Comfort Engineering operates.
